   4.2 Clients retain rights to their original submitted materials.

3. Client Responsibilities

   5.2 We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from client-supplied files.

4. Pricing and Payment
   6.1 Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation.
   6.2 Payment is required before service delivery.
   6.3 Accepted payment methods will be specified during the order process.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds
   7.1 Cancellation requests must be made before production begins.
