• Printing orders with clear manufacturing defects

• Unaltered and unmodified print materials

• Products returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized print jobs

• Personalized materials

• Products damaged after delivery

• Digital design files

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 10 business days

• Original payment method will be used for reimbursement

• Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility
